By signing the following the athlete
agrees to abide by the following:
1. Show up for practices and competitions on time.
2. Respect all other members of the club / team.
3. Respect the coach and their decisions.
4. To volunteer at the club whenever possible (minimum of 20 hours).
5. Participate in all fundraising for the club (Novice $100; J.V.
$250; Varsity $500 per season; Adults $500 per year).
6. To disclose any medical conditions to the coach.
7. Follow the guidelines of the club.
8. To not harass anyone on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation
or religion.
It is also understood these are general guidelines
and that not every situation can be accounted for.
Each athlete to sign below affirming that:
